Experience
Philip graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Philip was a member of the Equine Law Society and the Trial Advocacy Board. Prior to joining Woodworth Snow, Philip was an attorney with a boutique construction litigation firm in Kansas City, Missouri and a regional law firm in Leawood, Kansas. His practice is focused primarily on real estate and construction law, and he regularly advises developers, contractors, property owners and material suppliers in contract negotiations and disputes, real estate sale, purchase, and lease agreements, mechanic’s liens and construction defect claims in both Missouri and Kansas
